Common Questions
What is Business Continuity Management (BCM)?
A set of processes ensuring an organization’s critical services keep running — or recover within an acceptable time — during a crisis such as a cyberattack, data center outage or natural disaster. Its reference standard is ISO 22301.
What do RTO and RPO mean?
RTO is the maximum acceptable time to restore a process after disruption; RPO is the maximum tolerable data loss measured in time. Tabavar sets and tracks both per process during the business impact analysis.
What is the difference between BCP and DRP?
A Business Continuity Plan (BCP) covers the whole organization — people, processes and workplace; a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) is the part focused on restoring IT systems and infrastructure.
Does Tabavar help with ISO 22301 certification?
Yes. The system follows the clauses of ISO 22301 and keeps the documentation, exercise evidence and review records auditors expect in one place. Our consulting team can also support the implementation.
